I think we all have anxiety to different extremes. Some of us let it take over our lives and some of us aren’t really effected by it at all. You could be having a completely normal day, but for some reason you just don’t feel like yourself. Or that day could hold something very important that is happening in your life and you just want that day to go as planned. Don’t let your nerves take over you though. Work through what ever your issue is. Pinpoint it and really figure out what triggers your anxiety, so you can get rid of it. I know my anxiety takes over and makes me into a person who I’m truly not. I slip into silence and don’t want to talk to a single soul, and I know I’m not the only one who experiences this. So you’re not alone, everyone has anxiety. It’s apart of everyone’s life and you can choose to let it take over, or you can decide to conquer it. It’s in your mind and in your thoughts, but by thinking new thoughts, you can get rid of it.
